What we collect
Account details. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and postal address, so we can create your account, support it and invoice it.
Content you upload. Images, video, menu text and the settings you configure, so we can deliver them to your screens.
Service records. Sign-in times, which screens are online, errors and similar technical logs, so we can keep the service working and diagnose faults.
Messages you send us. What you write when you contact us, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Payment records. Which plan you bought and when. Card numbers are handled entirely by Helcim and Stripe — they never reach our servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your uploaded content for anything other than running your screens.
Showing screens as examples
We may feature boards built on Ezdoss as examples of what the service can do, including live screens embedded on this website. What appears is the board itself — the design, layout and the business name shown on it — not your account details, contact information or anything else you have given us. If you would rather your screens were not shown, email us and we will remove them.
Cookies and tracking
This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The management panel sets the cookies WordPress needs to keep you signed in. Pages on this site embed live screens from pro.ezdoss.com so you can see real boards; those are our own pages, not third-party trackers.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the service: our web host, our payment processors (Helcim and Stripe, each with its own privacy policy), and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and content data is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can reopen it. Invoicing records are kept as long as tax rules require. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
Security
Access to the panel requires a password, connections are encrypted in transit, and administrative access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Children
Ezdoss is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
